Follow the steps below to change the email address associated with your Remo+ account:

  • Open the Remo+ account and log out if you are logged in.
  • Create a new account using the email address you would like to switch your account to.
  • Reset and register your device(s) to your new account.

Remove all devices from your old account:

  • Open the Remo+ app and log in.
  • Tap on the ‘Info’ icon.
  • Tap the picture of the device in the ‘Your Devices’ list that you want to remove.
  • Tap the ‘Remove’ button.
  • Confirm the removal.

Delete your old account:

  • Open the Remo+ app and log in.
  • Tap on the ‘Account’ icon.
  • Tap on your email address at the top of the screen.
  • Tap on ‘Delete Account’ at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
  • Check the ‘I Agree’ box.
  • Tap ‘Delete Account’.
