RemoBell S – Reset & Registration
*** VERY IMPORTANT *** Please put your phone in airplane mode and verify that your Wi-Fi setting is turned ‘ON’ and that you are connected to your 2.4GHz network before you begin. Airplane mode prevents attempted connection to the cell tower during installation.
First, remove your RemoBell S faceplate. You will need the T-6 Torx driver that came with your bell, or you can pick one up at a hardware store.
Then, reset your RemoBell S by pressing and holding the small, white reset button located on the body of the device for about five seconds.
The LED light will flash blue, and you will hear an audio cue say, “Reset successful”.
Remove the device – If this is not the first time you’ve registered the device, you must remove it from the app before re-registering it. Login to the Remo+ app and tap on the ‘Account’ icon at the bottom of the home screen, then tap on the third menu item ‘Information’, then tap on the image of the device you are removing in the ‘Your Devices’ list, then tap ‘Remove’ and confirm twice
To add the device, tap the ’+’ icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen of the Home tab. Select your device from the list and choose your time zone. Then select your chime type, and then, scan the QR code, and enter the Wi-Fi password. Continue to follow the on-screen instructions.
Once you see the “Successful!” message, your RemoBell S is ready for use!
Remember to turn off airplane mode when you are finished.
