RemoBell W – Reset & Registration
*** VERY IMPORTANT *** Please put your phone in airplane mode and verify that your Wi-Fi setting is turned ‘ON’ and that you are connected to your 2.4GHz network before you begin. Airplane mode prevents attempted connection to the cell tower during installation.
To reset your RemoBell W, first push the Hex-L key included in the package (or any slim tool) into the reset hole on the side of the bracket and then hold the reset button on the side of the device for about 5 seconds Once the LED light flashes up and down, your RemoBell W has been reset.
Remove the device – If this is not the first time you’ve registered the device, you must remove it from the app before re-registering it. Login to the Remo+ app and tap on the ‘Account’ icon at the bottom of the home screen, then tap on the third menu item ‘Information’, then tap on the image of the device you are removing in the ‘Your Devices’ list, then tap ‘Remove’ and confirm twice
You will now need to re-register your device on the Remo+ app. In Home tab select ’+’. Select “RemoBell W,” and choose your time zone.Then, scan the barcode (If you no longer have the packaging or manual, you can remove the device from the holder, scan the sticker on the back and place it back in the holder.) enter the Wi-Fi password. Connect to the RemoBell W network. Your app will then complete the registration. This may take up to 3 minutes.
Once you see the “Successful!” message, your RemoBell W is ready for use!
Remember to turn off airplane mode when you are finished.
