Access ‘My Cloud’ in the Remo+ App

  • Open the Remo+ app and log in.
  • Tap on the ‘Account’ icon on the bottom right-hand corner of the ‘Home’ screen.
  • Tap on ‘My Cloud’.
  • From here you can subscribe to, modify, or cancel a cloud plan on any device registered to your account.

Cancel a Cloud Plan

  • Once you’ve accessed ‘My Cloud’, search the list for the device with the plan you would like to cancel.
  • Move the ‘Auto Renew’ switch to the ‘Off’ position.
  • Confirm the cancellation.
